The interpretation of student discipline issues by the school community can make or break an administrator. If you could give a future administrator advice about student discipline; what would you say? Also, please describe your role in your current school community.

Be consistent and let the discipline suit the offense.

Make sure consequences are clear and consistent. Schools should not be tolerant of any behavior that hinders learning/teaching in the classroom. Support your teachers regarding classroom management procedures and always set high expectations for the students.
